You should add your new spouse within 31 days from the date of marriage. The coverage effective date is the date of the marriage.

You may also add your spouse during the annual open enrollment period, or when your spouse loses other health coverage.

Complete a new Health Plan Enrollment Form and return it to your campus benefits office.
